Gravity app install using a remote registry

I am using gravity version 7.0.27 to deploy the application to an existing cluster. The cluster is deployed to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Kubernetes cluster. I did a tele build to create an app image package. The registry is running on domain phx.ocir.io I am passing credentials to gravity using the following command

gravity app install app-0.0.1.tar --registry=phx.ocir.io --registry-username=“xxxxxxxxx” --registry-password=“xxxxxxxxx” --set global.registry=phx.ocir.io --set image.registry=phx.ocir.io

Note, if do a docker login to the registry using the same username and password. I am able to tag a local image with the registry and image name and push it to the registry. But gravity fails to push images. Is there any way to use a remote registry to install an app package to an existing cluster?
